Dalar Alahverdi, Leah Korican, Elizabeth Sher
Three artists explore underpinnings in this exhibition. Alahverdi’s work connects the fundamentals of human nature, emphasizing that despite diverse appearances and histories, we share the same core elements. Korican made a series of cyanotypes during the recent eclipse which she altered with text and paint, creating visual poems. Through minimal drawings, Sher aims to visually articulate her fascination with the fundamental connections spanning architectural structures, urban planning, politics, ecology, artistic creation, and the intricate workings of our minds.
