Basic

Pop-Up
- OAM will post your event or exhibition on the OAM website for a period of three months.
- Pop Up Memberships aggregate towards a full membership within the one year period.
Free and Volunteer
- Volunteering in Lieu of Membership contribution provides your venue the benefits of the Basic Membership. In return you commit to maintain a minimum of 4 hours per month of volunteer support with Oakland Art Murmur.
- A Free membership consists of your venue listing on the OAM website and digital map.

Guidelines
- Complete the Venue/Space Application using the “Apply Now” button below.
- New member visits: as part of our evaluation of your application, we may send a representative to visit you at your arts venue to see how it is set up and learn more about your programming.
- When your application has been approved, you will receive further benefits information.
Please note that Oakland Art Murmur’s Venue Committee meets quarterly to review current applications.
The current schedule for application reviews is as follows: January 2023, March 2023, August 2023, and November 2023.
