Pro Arts is an Oakland-based nonprofit arts organization that supports experimentation in the contemporary artistic process and practice through exhibitions, commissions, residency programs, research, satellite projects, digital platforms and publications. Annually we exhibit over 200 artists, conduct over 300 art education programs for youth, and reach an audience of over 8,000.

A three day festival of sounds, video, art, Performances, art market + sale and more.

The festival is to help support ongoing exhibitions and expanded sound and performance work at Pro Arts, especially through the Hybrid Series which hosts 3-4 monthly events, showcasing experimental music, performance art, expanded cinema and sound art from local national and international artists with a focus on marginalized artists of all identities.

Performances during the festival will take the form of musical performances, expanded sound and video presentations, performance artworks, and culminating on the last day with an artists vendor market, featuring local and national artists selling records and recorded media, prints, clothing, jewelry, limited edition prints and various editions, sculptures and more.
