Ark of Bones is the sound of the ancestors speaking from the ether…..Chris Evans ( cello, EFX)
and David Boyce ( Tenor/soprano sax, EFX) utilize the techniques of free jazz improvisation,
composition interpretation and electronic sound design to conjure a spiritually compelling,
Afro-Futurist soundtrack for our lives. Their CD “Threnody for Offended Ghosts” (2016) is a
work dedicated to the victims of police brutality.
