Join architect and past Oakland Heritage Alliance President Bill Colburn in a walking tour of the Uptown gallery district. Inside four galleries, curators will offer introductions to their contemporary art exhibitions and programs.  Out on the street between the galleries, Bill will tell the story of how the neighborhood has evolved over time.
