Longtime members of Oakland’s art scene, James Gayles, Eesuu Orundide, and Aswad Aarif have inspired a generation of Black artists, James with his watercolors and Eesuu and Aswad with their strong graphic style. Come hear these amazing individuals discuss their artistic process, and share their ruminations on how the Oakland art scene has evolved over the years.
